I prepare semantic models with clear relationships, documented measures, business terminology and consistent KPI logic. Where available, Copilot preparation includes AI instructions, focused data schemas and verified answers, tested against real business questions.

Natural-language analysis depends on your Microsoft environment, enabled Copilot capabilities and access permissions. Model preparation and answer validation are part of the project.

    We check the result against the agreed requirements. Deployment, access, documentation and practical knowledge transfer are included in the planned handover.

Tobias Krummrein

I am Tobias Krummrein, founder of Agentic-BI, based in Munich. I bring more than 20 years of experience in analytics, reporting and commercial performance, with extensive hands-on Power BI experience.

My project experience spans data integration, semantic models, KPI definitions, dashboards and the improvement of existing BI solutions. My experience spans pharmaceuticals, FMCG, market research, professional services and retail, as well as the business functions of sales, marketing, medical, market access, finance and supply chain.

In my full-time role, I already deliver internal training on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude Code. I also have experience running internal Power BI training. Through Agentic-BI, I bring this practical teaching experience to Microsoft 365 Copilot training for businesses.
